Space Advocate Studio is the design practice behind The Interiors Dept.™ — specializing in tenant improvements, branded interiors, and owner-side support for small businesses, nonprofits, and public-sector teams. We turn ideas and floor plans into fully coordinated, permit-ready solutions, backed by real-world code knowledge, contractor coordination, and a process built to reduce surprises, delays, and rework.
Due to our focused, high-touch approach, the studio maintains limited availability and operates on a waitlist at times. When capacity is full or a project falls outside our scope, we proudly refer clients to trusted design partners within our professional network to ensure they’re supported by qualified expertise.
